William B. “ Will” Robbins

William B. Robbins is the Managing Partner of Robbins Family Minerals, LP and Manager of SMB Royalty, LLC, the first instant online offer generator for minerals and royalties.

Will co-founded two successful private equity–backed oil and gas mineral acquisition companies—Concentric Oil & Gas and Concentric Mineral Partners—both of which achieved successful exits in 2023.

Before founding the Concentric franchise, Will spent 11 years in Midland as an independent contract landman, working on his own leasing ventures and for numerous clients, including major operators. He is also a limited partner in another Permian Basin mineral aggregation firm and holds a Texas Real Estate License, proudly representing Texas Ranch Sales as an Associate.

A proud native of Midland and third-generation landman, Will holds dual degrees from Texas Tech University in Business Marketing and Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management.
